New Scholarships Available for Area Students

The Advantage Alliance Referral Networking Group of Green Valley & Sahuarita, AZ is proud to announce that they will be giving away two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors in 2020. One recipient each will be chosen from Sahuarita High School and Walden Grove High School.

These scholarships will be paid directly to the student upon graduation. The Advantage Alliance group wants the recipients to be able to use the funds as needed to help further their goals, whether it is textbooks, tools, transportation or tuition. They are also not requiring students to meet minimum grade requirements, however they must be receiving their high school diploma. 

This scholarship is for graduating seniors who are business oriented that currently have a clear end goal in mind when it comes to their chosen field. Applicants may be starting a business or joining the family business; going to a trades school, community college or obtaining a four-year degree. The members of Advantage Alliance will be judging each submission and selecting the winners. 

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be graduating from Sahuarita High School or Walden Grove High School in Sahuarita, AZ in 2020. 

Please submit either a 500-750 word written essay in PDF format or a 3-5 minute video uploaded to YouTube on the topic “Where I see my life 10 years from now.”
